万作が満開、フクジュソウも準備中です！もちろん野鳥も続々!
1/22 朝の内あまり天気がよくなかったのですが、午後から晴れ上がり春のような気温になりました。
春めく日差しの中でマンサクも満開になりました。
ミュージアム前のアカバナマンサクや四季の谷のマンサク、マンサク黄花も枝一杯に花を咲かせています。

鮮やかな黄色い花びらが印象的です。
シャクナゲの路でフクジュソウも次々と蕾が顔を出し始めました。
中には日差しに誘われて開き始めた慌て者も。
まだ、大部分は土の中で準備中ですが、これからいよいよ楽しみが増えてきました。
今週は再び雪に見舞われそうです。おいでになるときは念のためアイゼンをお持ちください。フクジュソウは日が当たらないと開きません。お昼頃以降がおすすめです。

雄と雌のオオアカゲラか梢で休憩中。少し離れてとまっていましたがペアかもしれません。マヒワの群れも鳴きながら大群で集まっていました。

出張スターウォッチングをおこないました
今日は一日じゅう雨のちはや園地です。
そんな中でも暖を取りにちは星に訪れてくださるお客様や
耐寒登山でキャンプ場のBBQ施設をご利用になられる団体様、
金剛山はたくさんの登山の方に愛されていると感じます。
さて、去る1月20日（土）。
ちは星（ちはや星と自然のミュージアム）スタッフは
望遠鏡と共に山の上を飛びだして、堺市立御池台小学校にお邪魔しました。
御池台校区連合自治会主催、庭代台校区青少年健全育成協議会共催の
ちはや星と自然のミュージアム出張星空観察会～きらきらスターウォッチング～
をおこない、たくさんの方にご参加いただきました。
本来なら、お月様と木星、冬のダイヤモンドを見る予定が
残念ながらあいにくのドン曇り・・・
でも、ちは星は、雨でも曇りでも負けていませんよ！
まずは、解説員による「冬のダイヤモンドをさがそう」
冬の星座について解説した後に、実際の星空の写真で冬のダイヤモンド探し！
冬の大三角を構成する星の名前もばっちり覚えてくれましたよ♪

天体望遠鏡体験コーナー☆
体育館の中に持ち込んだスタッフ所有の本格的な望遠鏡４台で
望遠鏡仕組みの説明と、実際に覗いてみる体験をしました。
暗いところだとわからないことも、明るい体育館で
いろんな種類の望遠鏡を近くで見て、納得！
✨経緯台望遠鏡を使った望遠鏡操作体験コーナー
レクチャーを受けていただきながら、実際に望遠鏡を操作！
小さなぬいぐるみを望遠鏡で覗いてみます♪
最初はおっかなびっくりだったのお子様の目が
だんだんキラキラしてきましたよ！
晴れだと絶対に楽しいスターウォッチング。
雨や曇りでは、どうしてもテンションが下がりがち。
でも、地域のボランティアさんもたくさんお手伝いに来てくださり、
盛り上げていただいたおかげで、楽しい2時間を過ごしていただけました。
そして何より、素直なお子さまやご家族の方たちの笑顔が素敵でした
「今日触ったり見たりした望遠鏡で、今度は星や月を見ようね！」
ってみんなと約束しました。

各種教育機関や団体様への出張観察会や講習会もお受けしています。

We held a star gazing event at another place.
It's been raining all day on January 21th at Chihaya-enchi.
Even in such a situation, there are many customers who visit our museum to keep warm.
There are a few groups who use the BBQ facilities at the campsite during their mountain climbing in this cold-weather .
I feel that Mt. Kongo is loved by many mountain climbers.
Now, Saturday, January 20th.
We, Chiha-Boshi (Chihaya Star and Nature Museum) staff, flew out over the mountain with our telescopes and visited Sakai City Miikedai Elementary School.
There, we held "Starry Sky Observation Party ~Twinkle Star Watching~", sponsored by the Miikedai Precinct Union Neighborhood Association and co-sponsored by the Niwashirodai Precinct Youth Healthy Development Council.
There came many attendents to this event.

We were originally planning to watch the moon, Jupiter, and the Winter Diamond constelation, but, unfortunately it was cloudy...
However, We, Chiha-Hoshi staff are not defeated by rain or cloudy weather!
First , "Let's search for Winter Diamonds'' by a commentator. (Photo 2)
After explaining the winter constellations, all the attendants looked for Winter Diamonds in prepared photos of the actual starry sky.
They even memorized the names of the stars that make up the Winter Triangle!

Astronomical telescope experience segment ☆
With four full-fledged telescopes owned by staff brought into the gymnasium.
After giveing an explanation of how a telescope works, we had the opportunity to actually look through it.
Things you can't understand in the dark place can do easily in a bright gymnasium.
After looking at various types of telescopes up close, they were convinced! (Photo 6-8)
✨Telescope operation experience segment using a telescope.
While listening to the lecture, you can actually operate the telescope!
Let's look at a small stuffed animal through a telescope ♪
The children were firstly resereved, but then their eyes were getting more and more sparkly! (Photo 9-10)
Stargazing is definitely fun when it's sunny.
When it's raining or cloudy, your mood tends to drop. However, many local volunteers also came to help with this event.
Thanks to their help and enthusiasm, we had a fun two hours.
Above all, it was wonderful to see the wonderful smiles of the children and their families.
We promised everyone that "Next time let's look at the stars and the moon using the telescope we touched and looked at today!"

ホカホカ実験工作～オリジナルカイロづくり～を実施しました
今日は昨日に比べると暖かいちはや園地。
雪が融けていたり、融けて朝の気温で再び凍ってツルツルになっていたり・・
歩くのもややこしい地面ですが、アイゼンはお忘れなく。
さて、1月14日(日）、ちはや園地の毎年恒例のイベント
ホカホカ実験工作～オリジナルカイロづくり～を実施しました。
理科の実験・・なんて言っちゃうと敷居が高くなりますが
山登りをして楽しく実験しながら学べるって楽しい！
今回も小さなお子様が目をキラキラさせていました！
午前中の様子を取材しましたので、ちょっと覗いてみましょう♪
まずは熱について学びます。
暖かくなるってどういうこと？？
理科室でしか見たことのないビーカー登場！
身を乗り出して説明を聞いてくれていました。
比較実験。うまくいくかな？
スポイト使いもサマになってる！
理論が分かったところで、カイロを実際に作りましたよ♪

キリリと引き締まった空気のちはや園地。
朝はとても寒かったですが、自然調査に出かけると霧氷がキレイでした。
ちは星(ちはや星と自然のミュージアム）横のマンサクも・・
ススキにも・・
雪化粧のピクニック広場
ツララが見事なちは星の屋根
ついつい「寒い～」と言って取材をあきらめようとすると、ウソの声が!
こんな目で見つめられたら、もうキュンキュン♪
いっこうにお構いなしのお食事タイムはオスのウソ。
もちろん、営業部長のヤマガラさんは、霧氷と一緒にはい、チーズ(^_-)-☆
マヒワも元気に群れでお食事タイム。
