スターウィーク♪
８月最初の日曜を迎えたちはや園地です。
今日は雲が少し多め、にわか雨もありました。
毎年８月1日～7日は「スター・ウィーク～星空に親しむ週間～」です。
スター・ウィークとは・・
多くの人に星空に親しみを感じてもらおうと、
1995年から続いているキャンペーンですす。
全国の天文施設では、星を身近に感じていただくべく
様々な工夫を凝らしております。
ちは星ももちろんこの企画に参加！
色んな教育機関への出張星空観察会や星の授業も行います。
もちろん、ちは星での星空観察会も実施しました。
まだ日の暮れる前から準備開始！
しかし、気になるの薄雲が・・
でも、ちは星スタッフはへこたれませんよ！
口径40㎝の望遠鏡の威力で
ベガ（織姫星）・アルタイル（彦星）・アルビレオ（はくちょう座の二重星）・
散開星団M11など夏の代表的な星を見ていただいた後には
スマート望遠鏡で星雲・星団をお楽しみいただきました。
特にこぎつね座のあれい星雲がキレイでした♪
そのほかにも、いて座のオメガ星雲M17なども。
晴れた日だともっとたくさん見ていただけたとは思いましたが
色んな種類の星をお見せすることが出来て、ほっとしている天体チームです。
ご参加いただいたお客様、まことにありがとうございました。
さて、ちは星は、スターウィーク終了後にも色んな星イベントをおこないます。
こちらはおかげさまで満席となりましたが・・
ペルセウス座流星群極大日の前夜祭として・・
登山不要の金剛山麓でおこなわれるのは、この２つのイベント。
そして、ペルセウス座流星群極大日には
youtubeライブ配信でお楽しみいただきますよー！！
もちろん視聴は無料！！
星のソムリエ®の資格を持つピアニストの演奏とおしゃべりも
ぜひお楽しみください。

いつものスターウオッチングのプログラムにくわえて、
今回は「ダジックアース」という大きな球形デジタル地球儀がお目見え！
スペシャルバージョンでお届けします。

Star Week
It's the first Sunday of August at Chihaya-enchi Park.
Today there are a little thick clouds, and there was a rain shower.
Every year from August 1st to 7th, it's "Star Week - A Week to Get Familiar with the Starry Sky".
What is Star Week?
It is a campaign that has been running since 1995 to make many people feel familiar with the starry sky
Astronomical facilities across the country are doing various efforts to make the stars feel closer to them.
Chiha-boshi Museum is of course participating in this project!
We also visit various educational institutions to hold stargazing events and star classes.
Of course, we also held a stargazing event at Chiha-boshi Museum. (photo 1)
We started preparations before the sun went down!
However, there were some thin clouds that are bothering us... (photo 2)
But we Chihaboshi staff won't give up!
With the power of the 40cm diameter telescope,
we could see the typical summer stars such as Vega (Orihime), Altair (Hikoboshi), Albireo (double star in Cygnus), and the open cluster M11, and then we could enjoy several nebulae and star clusters with the smart telescope.
The Dumbbel Nebula (M27) in Vulpecula was especially beautiful♪ (photo 3)
There was also the Omega Nebula M17 in Sagittarius. (photo 4)
We thought that if it had been a clear day, but the astronomy team is relieved that we were able to show you so many different kinds of stars.
Thank you very much to all the customers who participated.
Now, Chihaboshi Museum will be holding various star events after the end of Star Week.
This event is now fully booked, thanks to you.

As a prelude to the peak day of the Perseid meteor shower...
These two events will be held at the foot of Mt. Kongo, no mountain climbing required.

The Eve of Perseid meteor shower maximum,
The next day is a holiday, so why don't you stay up for watching a star?
(Poster 4) On the peak day of the Perseid meteor shower, you can enjoy a live YouTube broadcast!

Of course, viewing is free!

After the Obon holiday, it's time for summer vacation stargazing!
In addition to the usual stargazing program,
this time, a large spherical digital globe called "Dagik Earth" will be unveiled!
We will deliver it to you in a special version.
Please enjoy the special program plus ordinal star watching night.
Date: August 17th (Sat.) 19:30 - 21:00
Fee: 700 yen
This is also at the foot of Mt. Kongo.
There is a special stargazing event on the mountain.
Accommodation at a campsite is required.
Date: Aug. 24th (Sat), 19:30 pm - 21:00 pm
Fee: 800 yen
This August is likely to become Star Month instead of Star Week.
