渡り蝶アサギマダラ
今日もほどほどに暑いちはや園地です。
数日前から、アサギマダラの姿が目撃されています。
オカトラノオにとまるアサギマダラ
アサギマダラは旅をする蝶として有名です。
日本から台湾や中国本土まで2000 km以上飛んだという記録もあります。
春から夏にかけては北東方向に、そして秋には逆に南西方向に移動します。
ちょうど金剛山がアサギマダラのオアシスになっているようで、
オカトラノオやヒヨドリバナでたくさん栄養補給して、
次の中継ポイントまでまた飛んでいく・・
そのけなげな姿ときれいな羽根の色にはいつも感心してしまいます。
アサギマダラを見かけたら・・
写真だけ撮って、あとは「行ってらっしゃい♪」と声をかけるだけにして下さいね。
そんなアサギマダラの写真を撮っていたら、
ここはホントにの楽園！

ちょっと自信がないですが・・モンキチョウかな？
色んな蝶が所せましと飛んでいました。

そんな7月、梅雨明けを待ちながら・・・
先月の自然動画も完成です！
くれぐれも熱中症にはお気をつけて、
じゅうぶんな水分・塩分補給できるようにして登山におこしくださいね。

A Migratory butterfly: Chestnut tiger butterfly
It's moderately hot today at Chihaya-enchi Park.
Chestnut tiger butterflies (Asagi-madara) have been spotted for a few days now.
One of them is resting on Gooseneck loosestrife flowers (Oka-torano). (photo 1-2)
They are famous as migratory butterflies.
There are records of them flying over 2000 km from Japan to Taiwan and mainland China.
They are in northeast area of Japan during spring and summer, and move to southwest in autumn.
It seems that Mt. Kongo is an oasis for them, where they can replenish themselves with nutrients from Loosestrife and Dog fennel (Hiyodoribana) flowers before flying off to the next relay point.
I'm always impressed by its brave appearance and the beautiful color of its wings.
When you see a Chestnut tiger butterfly...
Just take a photo and say "Have a nice trip!"
While taking photos of them, I discovered that this place is truly a paradise for butterflies!

I'm not sure, but maybe it's a sulphur (Monkicho)?

It's July, and while we're waiting for the rainy season to end...

and make sure you bring plenty of fluids and salt with you when climbing.
