1月14日、朝8時半。
金剛山はここ数日の中では比較的暖かいです。

しかし、伏見林道は融けかけの雪が再度凍って
氷の路になっている場所もあり、アイゼンは必携です。



今朝のちはや園地をまわってみました。
コゲラは元気に木をつついています。




シジュウカラは食料を求めて忙しそう。




ピクニック広場。3連休は多くの皆さんが来園され、雪遊びを楽しまれました。

Warm snow scenery

January 14th, 8:30am

Mt. Kongo has been relatively warm these past few days.

However, on the Fushimi-rindo Path, the melted snow has re-frozen and turned into ice in some places, so crampons are a must. (Photo 1)

I took a walk in Chihaya-enchi Park this morning.

A Pygmy Woodpecker (Kogera) is pecking energetically at the trees. (Photos 2-3)

A Japanese Tit (Shijukara) is busy searching for food. (Photos 4-5)

Picnic area: Many people visited the park during the three-day holiday and enjoyed playing in the snow. (Photo 6)

1/13 金剛山麓の道路状況です。

府道705号線
伏見林道入り口までは雪が溶けています。
大阪府立金剛登山道駐車場への坂道は凍っています。
ノーマルタイヤではキケンです。
駐車場内は雪と凍結で滑ります。

また登山道はアイゼン必携です。
本日もじゅうぶんな装備で安全に雪山をお楽しみください。

安易に「雪見に行こう☃️」と装備なしで来られると
思わぬ事故につながります。
3連休最終日も

January 11th: Today's snow conditions.

Here is a quick update on the state of Mt. Kongo today.

Fushimi-rindo Pass Entrance: There is still snow (Photo 1)

Osaka Prefectural Mt. Kongo Trail Entrance: It is dangerous with normal tires. (Photos 2-3)

Start point of Nembutsu-zaka Climb: Crampons are a must. (Photo 4)

At the end of Nembutsu-zaka: It's completely white with snow. (Photo 5)

冬用の装備でのお車走行をお願いします。
なお、登山にはアイゼン必携です。
充分な冬山登山の準備でお越しください。

さて、無事にちは星に着いたので、園地内を巡りました。
どこもかしこも深い雪！くるぶしまで雪だらけ。
そんな状況でとりあえず撮って出しの雪景色をお送りしましょう。

January 10th: We toured Chihaya-enchi Park.
*As of 8:30am on January 10th
There is snow on Prefectural Route 705 at the foot of Mt. Kongo and around.
Please put winter tires on your car when driving.
Please also bring crampons when climbing.
Please come fully prepared for winter mountain climbing.

Well, we arrived at Chiha-Boshi Museum safely, so we went around the park.
Deep snow everywhere! Snow up to our ankles.

道路は雪と凍結で大変危険な状況です。
ノーマルタイヤでは走行できませんのでご注意ください。

ちは星まえは積雪３０センチです。


状況は更新しますが、運転・登山には十分な冬山装備が必要です。
まれにみる大雪です。
安全には十分ご注意いただき、
安易な気持ちで「いけるやろ」という登山は絶対におやめください。


This is the situation on January 10th.

Route 705 was -3°C this morning.
The road is very dangerous due to snow and ice.
Please note that you cannot drive on it with normal tires.

We will update the situation, but sufficient winter mountain equipment is necessary for driving and climbing.
This is a rare heavy snowfall.
Please be careful to ensure your safety, and never start climbing with thinking "I can do it."
