いいお天気に恵まれたちはや園地です。
皆さんはどんな三連休を過ごされましたか？

ちはや星と自然のミュージアムでは・・
「ちは星de真夏の大作戦」と称して、イベント三昧の三連休でした。

7月15日は、星空観察会。
天気予報通り、夕方から雲が切れて、いい空になりました。
まずは、一番星の金星を・・




夏の星空について学んでいただいた後は、星見台に移動して
40㎝望遠鏡を直接のぞいたり、電視観望で
ベガ・アルビレオ・M8・M13・M57など、夏の星たちを観察していただきました。


最後は、みなさん室内で星座早見盤づくり♪

みなさん、いい笑顔での星空観察会でした。

7月16日は、ガイドウォーク。
朝から快晴！！！金剛山へお出かけの方も多かったのではないでしょうか。
ちはや園地をこよなく愛するガイドが、皆様をご案内します。

さて、この日はいいお天気で、太陽もご機嫌にしていたので
星見台では「太陽観察会」もおこないました。
太陽観察グラスで安全に太陽をご覧いただいたり・・


安全装置のついた太陽観察用望遠鏡で太陽黒点を見ていただきました。


この日は黒点がハッキリ！

ご案内した職員も、ジリジリと照り付ける太陽にも負けず
熱～く解説させていただきました。

３連休最終日の７月１７日は、カラフルコースターづくり。
今年から始まった新しいイベントです。


みなさん熱心に色塗り！






大人の方も負けていません！


図鑑を見ながら「あ！羽のこんなところにこんな色！」と新しい発見も。


あっという間に時間は経ち・・作品が出来上がったようですよ♪








どれも力作！すてきな思い出とお土産をお持ち帰りいただきました♡

楽しいイベント三昧だった三連休でしたが、

Full of events throughout the last three consecutive holidays

We were blessed with beautiful weather in Chihaya-enchi.
How did you all spend your three-day holiday?

Chihaya Museum of Stars and Nature
It was a three-day holiday full of events called "Chihaboshi de Midsummer Daisakusen".

July 15th, we held the stargazing event.
As the weather forecast predicted, the clouds cleared in the evening and the sky turned clear.
First, the first star, Venus... (Photo 1-2)

After learning about the summer starry sky, we moved to the star observatory.
With looking directly into the 40 cm telescope or watching the screen of eVscope, we observed summer stars such as Vega, Albireo, M8, M13, and M57. (Photo 3)

Lastly, everyone made a planisphere indoors♪ (Photo 4)
Everyone enjoyed the starry sky observation party with a good smile.

July 16th, we held a guided walk. (Photo 5)
Sunny from the morning! ! ! There must have been many people who climbed Mt. Kongo.
A guide who loves Chihaya Enchi will show you around.
Now, let's go! (^^♪

It seems that everyone had a fun time making memories.

By the way, the weather was fine on this day, and the sun was looked good for observation.
We also held a "solar observation event" at the observatory.
You can safely see the sun with solar observation glasses (Photo 11)

Sunspots were observed through a solar observation telescope equipped with a safety device. (Photo 12)

Black spots were clearly seen on this day! (Photo 13)
The staff who guided us explained passionately without losing to the scorching sun.

On July 17th, the last day of the 3-day weekend, we made colorful coasters.
This is a new event that started this year. (Photo 14-21)
Kids were coloring enthusiastically!
Adults havd not lost either!
While looking at the picture book, they made new discoveries such as "Ah! Such colors in such places of feathers!"

Time passed so quickly, they finished the enjoyable work.
All of them are masterpieces! They brought back wonderful memories and souvenirs ♡

It was a wonderful three-day weekend with full of fun events,
From next week, "Chihaboshi de Daisakusen in midsummer" will continue.
