今日から少しずつ天気が下り坂のちは星。
そんな時でも「皆さまに星や自然の魅力をお伝えしたい！」と
走り回っているのが・・ちは星スタッフです♪
そんな活動をご紹介させていただきます。

去る5月17日（土）
同じ南河内の天文施設としてお世話になっている
富田林市すばるホールでスターウォッチングを実施しました。

しかし、金剛山は朝から防雨風雨・・えらいこっちゃ
山をおりて夕方すばるホールに向かうも分厚い雲が・・
雲、どっか飛んでいけ！と準備を始める天文チーム。






というものの、なかなか晴れ間が出てこない・・
イベント前半は解説員による星のお話を。


すると・・なんということでしょう！
キセキがおこり、雲が無くなってきました(^_^)v




春の大曲線の１等星・アルクトゥルス、スピカ
北斗七星の中の二重星・ミザールとアルコル、火星を望遠鏡で。
スマート望遠鏡seestarS30でソンブレロ銀河を観察できました！
これには皆さま大喜びです♪
でも誰よりも大喜びだったのは・・ちは星スタッフでした♪

本当にありがとうございました。心よりお礼申し上げます。

さて、そんなすばるホールで、今週末もふたつのイベントが行われ、
ちは星スタッフも参加させていただきます。

5月24日（土）すばる学園祭
第1回からパネル展示やクラフトでブースを出させていただいておりますが
今回もちはや園地の星と自然のパネル展示と森のおもちゃづくりで
参加させていただきます。



※当初は2階ロビーでの展示＆クラフトの予定でしたが
3階ロビーに場所が変更となりましたのでご注意ください。

そして夜は、こちらのイベント。
5月24日（土）全国一斉プラネタリウム100周年　フィナーレ・イベント

全国30か所のプラネタリウムをオンラインでつないでおこなわれる
プラネタリウム100周年イベントの後に
すばるホール独自のプログラムが実施されます。
ここで、ちは星からも解説員が登壇させていただき、
ちはや園地の星空の魅力についてもお話させていただきます。
入場は無料ですので、ぜひ遊びにいらしてくださいね。

梅雨時期で星空にとっては泣かされることの多い時期となりますが
それでも心は晴天のちは星チーム！
府民の皆さまに、星と自然の魅力を存分にお伝えするべく頑張ります♪






Let's go! Chiha-Hoshi!

The weather around the area has been gradually getting worse since today.
Even in times like this, the Chiha-Hoshi staff are scrambling around, saying, "We want to tell everyone about the charms of the stars and nature!"
I'd like to introduce some of their activities to you.

Last Saturday, May 17th, we held a stargazing event at Subaru Hall, which is also an astronomical facility in Tondabayashi City.

However, Mt. Kongo was in heavy rain and storm from the morning... What's a mess!
We went down the mountain and headed to Subaru Hall in the evening, but there were thick clouds in the sky...
Hey, clouds, go away! The astronomy team started preparing. (Photos 1-3)

But the sun was not coming out..., so for the first half of the event, a guide talked about the stars. (Photo 4)

And then... what a surprise! (Photo 5-6)
A miracle happened and the clouds disappeared (^_^)v

The first magnitude stars in the Great Spring Curve: Arcturus and Spica, the double stars Mizar and Alcor in the Big Dipper, and Mars, all through a telescope.
Moreover, we were able to observe the Sombrero Galaxy with the smart telescope seestarS30!
Everyone was very happy about the watching, but those who were happiest must be the Chiha-Hoshi staff♪

Thank you very much to the Subaru Hall Festival Executive Committee for your efforts in making this happen. We are grateful from our hearts.

Now, at Subaru Hall, two events will be held this weekend, and the Chiha-Star staff will also be participating.

Subaru School Festival, Saturday, May 24th

Since the first festival, we have set up booths with panel displays and crafts, and this time we will be participating with a panel display of stars and nature from Chihaya-enchi Park and making toys in the forest. (Poster 1-2)
*Please note that the exhibition and crafts were originally scheduled to be held in the second-floor lobby, but have now been moved to the third-floor lobby.

Furthermore, in the evening, there will be a special event as follows: (poster 3)
Saturday, May 24th: Nationwide Planetarium 100th Anniversary Finale Event

After the planetarium 100th anniversary event, which will connect 30 planetariums nationwide online, Subaru Hall will hold its own program.
At this event, a guide from Chiha-Hoshi will be on stage to talk about the charm of the starry sky at Chihaya-enchi Park.
Admission is free, so please come and visit us.

It's the rainy season, which is a time when the starry sky is often invisible, but the Chiha-Hoshi staff are still sunny in their hearts!
We will do our best to fully convey the charm of the stars and nature to the citizens♪
