○今年は木の実の生育が悪く鳥の食べ物が少ないように思います。そんな中でもクリは豊作でそのクリを食べるためにカケスがやってきました。
カケスは、クリや木の実をすぐに食べることもありますが、木の枝の根元や木の皮の下に隠して、後で食べることがよくあります。
時には隠した木の実が地面に落ちてそこで発芽すると、木の実を運んでもらって離れたところで木が育つことになります。動物と植物の共生です。
今回は、一生懸命食べる姿を見ることができました。
